DAC Service Level Agreements
Preventative service agreements are recommended and are built around the needs of the client and operational environment.
In order for product warranties to remain valid and active, products and Installations need to be checked and serviced on a 4 monthly cycle. Certain environments will necessitate bi-monthly servicing due to environmental conditions.
Documented Asset Registers are issued to ensure that all clients have a detailed Service History on all installed air conditioners. Failure to provide a service history for each installed unit from an approved and registered installer could result in your Warranties becoming null and void.
